    Our  FTP link facilitates the transmission of  100  MB per day to overcome   the problem of large file movements.
 
   
    How do I make payments?
    Payments can be  made by  Telegraphic  transfers  or  simply by writing a   check in favor of Paragon Prepress, Inc.
 
   
    How are corrections made and sent?
    Depending on  the  nature  of  the  material,   there  are  5 ways to send
  corrections .
  (1) Online marking for small changes
  (2) Marking PDF files
  (3) Scan hard copies, convert to PDF and upload
  (4) Use our dedicated fax number to fax corrections
  (5) Hard copies can  be  FedExed:  reaches us in 2 working days and the        corrections are with you on the 3 rd day.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
   
    Do you outsource specialists? How dependable are they?
    Yes.  We  outsource  highly   professional  specialists  as and when a job   demands it.  Although  outsourced,  these  professionals  have a special   relationship with  us  that  give  us  priority and we can depend on them
  to deliver.
 
 
 
   
    Shipping costs of bulk printed matter would be huge. How do you   maintain cost-effectiveness?

   It's  very   simple   really.    We   air-freight   the  absolutely  immediately
  required   numbers,  ( say 100 copies )  and  ship  the  large  volumes by
  sea. We   engage a  service  that  will  make a door-delivery so that you   receive your order at a given address.   It  is  still cheaper to go through   this additional process than to have books printed in the U.S.
